HIPAA COMPLIANT TECHNOLOGY
The MT Voice Management System provides an efficient and effective method of taking medical dictation from doctors into individual voice mailboxes that are each password protected with a unique PIN that you can change at any time.
With this system, you can have clients from all over the U.S., and you can utilize a service anywhere in the world to transcribe each doctor's dictation. The dictated recordings can be emailed to your transcription service as a Wav or MP3 file or each mailbox can be checked online through our WebLink Interface on the internet. In either case, the dictated recordings in each mailbox are listened to over the speakers of your computer to make the transcriptions.
This solution is completely digital; meaning no tape recorders, no physical tapes, and no courier services.
It is very easy and efficient for both physicans and medical transcribers.

1. Your company is provided with an exclusive toll-free-to-your-callers telephone number capable of handling an unlimited number of mailboxes. System rental is $300 per month, including 10 voice mailboxes, with extra mailboxes at $15 per month each.

2. You assign each physician a unique mailbox and password, accessible through your toll-free telephone number.
|
|
|
3. Each physician calls your toll-free telephone number, enters his/her access code (mailbox number + PIN) and records a dictation. They can make a separate recording for each patient (after they complete and send a recording, they are offered the option to make another recording). They can stop recording at any time and listen to their recording. They can press "star" (*) to back up 5 seconds at a time; or press "pound" (#) to fast forward 5 seconds at a time.

4. You will automatically receive the physician's recorded dictation via an email attachment audio file that can be listened to over the speakers of your computer. You can stop listen to their recording. You can press "star" (*) to back up 5 seconds at a time; or press "pound" (#) to fast forward 5 seconds at a time.

5. You can transcribe the physician's dictated recording and email or postal mail it back as a text document for the physican's patient files.

|
6. You may also use a WebLink Interface that is standard with your system. It allows you to access any physician's voice mailbox and listen to their dictation over the speakers of your computer. Each physician may also access only their own voice mailbox and listen to their own dictation over the speakers of their computer.

SYSTEM PRICING:
MT System rental is $300 per month.
It Includes WebLink Interface Feature and 10 voice mailboxes.
Extra voice mailboxes are $15 per month each.
Toll-Free Call Usage: 6.9 cents per minute (charged in 6-second incements)
Toll-Free Call Usage Can Be Pre-Paid By-The-Month When You Choose One of the Following Bulk-Minute Plans:
250 minutes per month = $13.75 per month (5.5 cents per minute)*
500 minutes per month = $27.50 per month (5.5 cents per minute)*
750 minutes per month = $41.25 per month (5.5 cents per minute)*
1,000 minutes per month = $45.00 per month (4.5 cents per minute)*
2,000 minutes per month = $90.00 per month (4.5 cents per minute)*
5,000 minutes per month = $225.00 per month (4.5 cents per minute)*
10,000 minutes per month = $450.00 per month (4.5 cents per minute)*
15,000 minutes per month = $675.00 per month (4.5 cents per minute)*
* Minutes used in excess of the minutes in any Bulk-Minute Plan will be charged at the regualr 6.9 cents per minute.

Bulk-Minute Plans are only good for calls origiating within the U.S. Calls from outside the U.S. are billed at 6.9¢ per minute Call usage in excess of minutes in plan is billed at 6.9¢ per minute. Unused minutes in any month do not roll over to the next month.
Initital Order
If you are paying for minutes as used at 6.9¢ per minute, you pay the first & last month's system rental with the initial order, plus a one-time $25 Activation Fee, if you pay by credit card. If you pay by check, there is an additional $75 deposit required, due to the longer turn-around time to process & clear checks.
If you order a Bulk-Minute Plan with your system, you pay only the first month's system rental & the first month's Bulk-Minute Plan rate, plus a one-time $25 Activation Fee, if paying by credit card. If you pay by check, there is an addtional $75 deposit required, due to the longer turn-around time to process & clear checks.
